Managed devices
Servers and office PCs enrol once and stay online. Connect with nobody at the keyboard, including at the login screen, under a policy you set, with every connection written down.
How it goes
On the Devices page, for one client and one machine. It works once and expires on its own.
One installer, run as an administrator with the key. The machine appears the moment it registers.
By the organisation's policy. Allowed on its own with nobody there, or asked with a countdown when somebody is.
One click takes the machine off the books. The agent is refused and uninstalls itself.
See it
Unattended access is a rule the organisation sets, checked by the hub before a session starts and by the agent on the machine.
One policy for the organisation
Set once on the organisation page. A device can be made stricter, never looser.
Connected, with nobody there
The login screen is a screen. The session is in the activity log.
What you get
Connecting with nobody there needs the technician to have passed two-step verification recently. The window is yours to set.
With somebody signed in, they see a prompt with a countdown. No answer in that time counts as yes. A device can be set to ask every time, or to ask before control.
Which machine, who, when, and how it ended, in the organisation's activity log and on the client's page.
Set up your organisation, add your branding, and you are ready. There is nothing to pay. Billing does not exist yet.
