Quick support

A code read out over the phone

For the customer already talking to you. They run the tool, read you nine digits, and allow the session on their own screen. Nothing is installed and nothing is left behind.

How it goes

One session, start to finish

01

Send them the link

From the Quick support page, or they take it from the foot of your public page. It downloads a small tool in your organisation's name.

02

They read you the code

The tool shows nine digits in threes, good for fifteen minutes, with your name over them.

03

They allow it

You type the code, and a prompt with your technician's name appears on their screen. Nothing is sent until they click Allow.

04

The tool deletes itself

A banner they cannot hide stays up for the session. Stop ends it, and the tool removes itself.

See it

Both sides of a session

What the customer sees on the left, what you see on the right, through the four moments of a call.

What you get

The facts a buyer checks

A code works once, for fifteen minutes

It is spent by the session it starts and forgotten when the tool closes. A wrong code says nobody is waiting, and nothing more.

Consent stays on their machine

Looking is one permission and control is a second one. Both are granted on their computer, not on our server, together or one after the other.

Every session is written down

Who connected, when, and how it ended, in your organisation's activity log and on the Quick support page.

The phone call, without the detour

Set up your organisation, add your branding, and you are ready. There is nothing to pay. Billing does not exist yet.
